Dear Lemna,
Like a furtive shadow flying over the roofs of a historic village, you ride the soundwaves of your aerial music with unparalleled grace.
Mysterious, enigmatic and inaccessible, you have achieved excellence in your martial sonic art, paced by intense ancestral drums.
I’m not sure: are you a Hidden Dragon or a Crouching Tiger? In Ang Lee’s tale, Jen Yu has solid skills with wood, iron and steel. You have your own natural talent, with a rotary button, fader or reel.
Through your window, piano, guitar, saxophone or keyboard notes used to drift in the air. Like Jen Yu, the dark poetry living inside of you turned you into a gifted sonic eclair. Following up as an MC in drum’n’bass events, you connected with the temple of production. It’s during this specific milestone that I discovered your musical emotion:
Jen Yu pursued the 400-year-old sword “Green Destiny” and followed the wind of freedom, culminating in a legendary final jump into the mists.
On your side, the wind brought you to labels such as Delsin and Reiten: I remember my “Spiral Regression“, which I played, often.

Your art is in your image: authentic, creative, caring. More qualifiers come from your sharing of two movies that you love on bs0.club in 2023: Mamoru Oshii’s “Angel’s Egg” and Rainer Sarnet’s “November “:
You described their soundtrack as “dark, scary, lonely, but so calm and beautiful that it draws you in,” before adding: “It was a work with a mysterious and captivating power that made me feel like I was being carried away.” While describing the pieces of other producers, such words match your own artistic world, depicted in every single piece you compose.
Since you are first and foremost a live act, your trilogy contains your performances, with their usual dual oppositions: deep VS explosive, innocent VS brutal, ephemeral VS timeless.
You also shared the tracks individually, as explained in your Insta: “Though I am not a DJ, it always warms my heart knowing my tracks are played by DJs, as I really like seeing a whole new scenery which comes from when my music is mixed with someone else’s. Hope you play it and enjoy it!” I don’t know any artist who brings such generous recommendations.
